The City of Morges approached us to rebrand their local gallery, Espace81, for their 10 year anniversary. We also covered the event photography of the 10 year anniversary where they revealed the new brand.

Creative process
Our co-founder Jay has been working with the Cultural Office of his local city of Morges since 2020, taking event photos, designing posters, street signs, and even exhibiting his COVID project Morges Masquée (link) at the local gallery Espace81. When they called him to rebrand the very same gallery for their 10 year anniversary, the pressure was on! Collaborating with his local community has always been an important and enriching experience, and he wanted to make sure everyone would be happy with the outcome. He also knew that he was going to walk by it every day, so he needed to be proud of it! The process was fun as always. It’s a public gallery where all locals can exhibit their work if linked to local culture, so the multi-coloured square design that they ended up going with represents all of the different cultural actors of Morges. He couldn’t resist taking event photos of the 10 year anniversary as well, where they revealed the new branding (to his relief with much applause!).
